Question: Where do the parties take place and how long do they last?
Answer: Parties are designed to be held in the comfort of your own home or a venue of your own choice. We can find the perfect venue to meet your needs. Parties last for 2 hours, although we arrive 30 minutes prior to start time.

Question: When do the children eat?
Answer: Usually at the end of the party when all the makeovers are completed. If you prefer another time we can accommodate this.

Question: Is a deposit required?
Answer: We ask for a deposit of one third of the overall price to secure your booking

Question: What if I have to cancel after I have booked and paid the deposit?
Answer: This is not a problem at Giddy Diva. We will arrange another date and time that is more convenient for you.

Question: Do you have public liability insurance and staff CRB checks?
Answer: Yes we do and copies are available on request. Our team is fully vetted and professionally trained. We meet all legislative requirements.

Question: Do you supply party invites?
Answer: Yes we do. These will be sent out to you on confirmation of booking.

Question: Are products used hypoallergenic and child appropriate?
Answer: All the products used are hypoallergenic and child appropriate. We adhere to the most stringent health and hygiene rules. We do ask you to check with the parents of your guests that they give permission and tell us of any allergies or other possible difficulties. We will provide you with a form for this on confirmation of booking.
